Our Story

Two Hours. One Space.
Endlessly Different.

Aqua Fruit opens at dawn for the pour-over regulars and the juice-first crowd. By sunset, the same bar becomes a cocktail destination — the espresso machine steps aside, the lighting drops, and the night menu takes over.

We source whole fruit daily, press juices on-site, and treat every drink — coffee or spirits — with the same standard: if it wouldn't appear on our own counter, it won't reach yours.
